Call Centre/Admin Assistant
Location: Macclesfield
Hours: Part time – 3/4 full days – would consider full time for the right candidate
Salary: £8.80 - £11.64 per hour depending on age

Previous Admin/Call centre experience is required for this role.

* Answering all telephone calls in a prompt, clear and friendly manner
* Transferring calls efficiently
* Responding to customer enquiries
* Ensuring customer details are captured accurately when booking appointments
