We’re seeking a talented individual to join our Fees team in Liverpool, which is responsible for all aspects of Account Opening and Maintenance, primarily in Fees administration, helping out on Account Opening, Static Data, Internal account reconciliations, etc.
As Operations Executive - Fees, your responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining fee static data on various systems, loading fee rates onto new accounts, processing fee debits, refunds, and reversals; validating fee documentation; providing fee guidance to branches; managing mailbox; answering calls regarding fees; liaising with platform providers and Finance; assisting the team with ongoing fee projects.
* Helping out teams within the same stream and departments as and when required (training provided).
* Adopting a high-quality culture to minimise error, ensuring quality service levels and high standards are delivered. High levels of accuracy and ability to work within tight deadlines are essential.
* Ability to liaise effectively and constructively with internal and external companies and provide assistance to their queries.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you should:
* Have a background in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or similar fields.
* Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt conversation to suit any level within the organisation.
* Work well within a team but also be comfortable working independently.
* Demonstrate strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* Be dedicated to providing outstanding client service with proven excellent customer service skills.
* Work well under pressure and to targets and tight timescales, with a flexible approach to team priorities.
* Have previous experience in the financial services industry, especially in Operations, which is preferable but not mandatory.
