Returns Administrator - Harlow, Essex £27K - £28K DOE Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm On-site. We are looking for a highly organised customer focused professional who is comfortable working in a fast-moving operation and continually finding solutions to customer enquiries regarding the returns process of their purchased goods. The role of the Returns Administrator will be situated in the modern, purpose-built warehouse managing all web and Ebay returns. The progression offered for this returns administrator will be to move into the Customer Service Team, as a Customer Service Advisor. This role will suit someone who has attention to detail, previously worked in a customer service role either face to face, telephone or email, and enjoys resolving customer enquiries Role: Managing customer returns efficiently, ensuring a smooth customer experience. Processing free-of-charge orders and maintaining accurate records. Handling customer service inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Collaborating with warehouse and logistics teams. Supporting the customer service team with administrative tasks. Skills & Experience Required: Demonstratable customer service/ admin experience in a warehouse or logistics experience is a plus Strong communication skills—both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail. A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
