You will coach and lead a team of 6 to sell delegate passes to decision makers across procurement and sustainability and support the continued growth of Procurement Leaders events. Key Responsibilities People Management: Full responsibility for the coaching, training and performance management of the Delegate Sales team, ensuring continuous growth and development Lead recruitment and retention efforts, building a resilient, high-performing team Drive top performance by setting clear KPIs and ensuring monthly and annual targets are consistently achieved Sales Strategy: Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies that drive delegate acquisition and revenue growth Align sales strategies with the overall business objectives to maximize commercial impact Leverage performance insights to implement continuous improvement strategies, increasing sales conversion rates Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the delegate base Execution: Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, with a focus on high-value delegates Act as the primary relationship manager for key accounts, ensuring exceptional service and repeat attendance Collaborate with internal teams (events, marketing, and account management) to optimise sales execution and enhance delegate experiences Key Requirements Experience: 2 years experience leading a Sales team Experience in delegate sales preferred Skills: Coaching and training: Proven ability to motivate and develop sales talent, resulting in improved performance and retention Data and CRM management: Skilled at leveraging Salesforce (or similar CRM) to track performance, analyse trends, and make data-backed decisions Resilience in adversity: Demonstrates the ability to stay composed and solutions-focused when faced with challenges, inspiring confidence in the team Collaboration & communication: Effectively partners with internal departments, ensuring alignment and seamless execution of sales initiatives We offer a wide range of benefits, find out more here.
