SALARY : 35-40k depending on experience LOCATION : Hybrid 1 days min per week in Warwickshire ( CV37) Reports to : Digital Marketing Manager The role: This a new and exciting opportunity for a hungry and talented PPC rising star to own and deliver an inhouse paid media strategy for a B2C service provider working in a challenging but hugely rewarding sector where lives are changed for the better. The role will deliver ROI through driving maximum online paid visibility and conversion, delivering strong lead generation in a highly competitive space where we constantly need to be at the top of our digital game. An analytical native, you should have confidence across all aspects of SEM, be ready to influence across our leadership team and align our paid strategy with our strategic growth objectives. As a key hire within a tight and effective marketing team the role will span Google ( to include Pmax), Bing, Social ads and other emerging channels, requiring excellent technical knowledge, communication and organisation with an eye always on the forensic performance analytics and the next big thing. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Set up, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns and remarketing across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals. Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing opportunities and optimise targeting. Ad Copywriting: Write engaging, on-brand ad copy tailored to specific audiences. Performance Monitoring: Track, analyse, and report on campaign metrics, including impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions, and ROI. Bid & Budget Management: Implement effective bid strategies to maximise budget efficiency and meet campaign objectives. A/B Testing: Develop and execute A/B tests on ad copy and landing pages to improve performance. Reporting: Prepare dashboards and detailed reports with insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, content creator, videographer, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive marketing campaigns. Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to keep our campaigns competitive. Continuous Learning: Stay hungry and up to date with industry developments, advertising platform updates, and emerging best practices. You will have protected time each month dedicated to continuous learning to ensure you stay ahead. Qualifications and Skills: Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing PPC lead gen campaigns, with budgets up to 500k Certifications: Google Ads and Bing Ads certifications are desirable. Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis). Must be familiar with Google Adwords, GA4, Ads Editor and understand the use of AI tools in PPC. Experience across all Google SEM would be great including Google display, YouTube and Facebook / Instagram Knowledge of automation and scripts for campaign management Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and identify optimisation opportunities together with cross-channel attribution knowledge to understand impact of ppc on overall marketing activities. Creativity: A flair for writing compelling ad copy and providing recommendations for optimising landing pages. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders. Attention to Detail: Precision in managing budgets and bids to achieve optimal results. Collaboration: A team player who works well with colleagues, contributing to overall marketing strategy.
