We have a fantastic opportunity to join the UNLIMITED HR team as an HR Project Co-ordinator. As part of the HR team, you will be working closely with a dedicated HR Business Partner and supported by the wider team.
You will take prime responsibility for the co-ordination of an HR integration project, leading on background checks and pre-merger support.
Managing and liaising with stakeholders, ensuring data and reporting is up to date and reporting is timely and accurate are all important parts of this busy delivery role.
You will also provide support to the wider HR team throughout R team the TUPE process, scheduling meetings, raising paperwork, whilst supporting across a number of workstreams leading to transition.
There will an opportunity to work with the wider HR team supporting when required with on-boarding, and ad-hoc HR administrative work.
Were looking for experience managing HR projects, specifically integration and merger experience, along with a solid understanding of the TUPE process.
You will be highly organised, methodical and be able to work autonomously as well as with the support of the team.
This is a 9 month FTC with an immediate start.

What you will do
Take the lead on all background checks, taking direction from the Head of Operations to ensure all employees have completed the appropriate background checks.
Liaise with all stakeholders and 3rd parties, ensuring data and reporting is up to date, accurate and timely.
Act as point of contact for employees to raise issues or concerns, addressing these issues where appropriate and escalating where required.
Support the TUPE process, scheduling meetings, liaising with reps, completing paperwork
Support the team with a range of workstreams leading to transition date
Occasional support of the HR Administrators, as and when required and as workload and capacity allows
Support with on-boarding administration.
What you will need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar level HR Project Co-ordinator role, either a stand-alone role or part of a bigger team, within a fast-paced environment.
Ideally you will hold a CIPD Level 5 (or above) qualification and have a sound knowledge of key employment processes, including TUPE.
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to multi- task and prioritise tasks.
Confident and credible, with solid stakeholder management skills; youll be able to apply your own judgement and adapt to the changing requirements.
Strong administration skills, proficient in all MS Office packages (PPT, Excel, Word etc) with a high degree of confidence in using HR systems
Youll be tenacious, with the ability to work at speed and handle multiple tasks/projects at the same time
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build mutually beneficial business relationships
A skilled listener, listening carefully and applying emotional intelligence to all situations, to gain the respect and confidence of others
Apply sound personal judgement in dealing with sensitive or critical information, respecting confidentiality
Show courage and confidence to speak up skilfully, challenging others even when confronted with resistance or unfamiliar circumstances
Commercial and business awareness youll understand the people challenges of our industry and the business as a whole
Can do attitude prepared to role sleeves up and get stuck in, whatever it takes to get the job done.
A team player, you will partner closely with the HR BP but equally, youll be happy to take the lead on projects, and work with the wider HR and Recruitment team across Unlimited.
