Role & Responsibilities
Designer / Maker / Engineer / Creative for product design, research projects and interactive experiential installations
We are looking for talented person who specialises in the ability to find solutions for physical installations, product design and novel research projects.
The person we are looking for will have experience in CAD design, visual communication, software development, hardware development and a background in developing and bringing to life novel ideas. This person is not afraid to delve into domains that are not their speciality, but can approach problems with a clear systems thinking approach.
The ideal candidate will be a self motivated maker, making things for the sake of experimenting and learning.
Requirements & Qualifications
-CAD design
-Coding
-Electronics / hardware development
-Strong maker skills and fabrication knowledge
-Experience in research and development environment (academic or industry)
-Experience in delivering projects for installations / demonstrations
-Understanding of cost and timeline management
