Exciting Opportunity at our vibrant onsite Café Situated in the centre of St Margaret’s campus, M’s Café provides Barista made coffee and a small selection of cold drinks and snacks to staff, students, parents and visitors to St Margaret’s. The Café is in operation from 7:30am to 2:00pm Monday to Friday during school term. Join our busy café and help deliver exceptional coffee and service to staff, students and visitors to the school. About the role The role includes the following: A skilled Barista to work on a casual basis alongside our full-time Barista Create top-notch coffee and provide outstanding customer service at M's Café Prepare beverages, handle cash transactions, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with various café operations During quieter times, you may be assisting in our Canopy Café with customer service or food preparation You'll be an essential part of our team, helping us maintain our high standards of service and quality. About you We’re looking for an experienced barista who makes great coffee, has used a point-of-sale system and can assist with basic food preparation. Previous barista training would be highly regarded. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team are essential. Whilst the role is casual, you will ideally have availability across a number of weekdays during the Café operating hours and be able to step in at short notice if required.
