Location: Secondary and Primary Schools across London, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, and Buckinghamshire
Required: Graduates with ANY degree
Salary: £90 - £110 per day
Start Date: ASAP

The Ideal Graduate Role:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support and assist classroom teachers in delivering lessons
2. Build strong rapport with students and help manage behaviour
3. Assist with a range of subjects across KS1, KS2, KS3, KS4, and KS5
4. Ensure students are on task and complete their work as set by the teacher
5. Maintain classroom discipline in line with school policies, using a confident, firm, but fair approach
Requirements to Apply:
1. Valid and up-to-date DBS (or be prepared to pay for one)
2. Degree (2:2 minimum) OR previous experience as an LSA/TA/EYP, mentor, or tutor
3. At least 2 years of satisfactory references
