Job Description:
Developing and overseeing business management systems to prevent or deal with non-compliance of regulatory and internal policies/procedures.
Maintenance of all relevant regulatory approvals and associated training.
Evaluation of the effectiveness of procedures and policies and associated risk to compliance.
Support the Site Training Lead in delivering the Site Training Strategy, ensuring all regulatory training is delivered and embedded in the working day of all employees.
Management of the site audit schedule and effective close out of all internal and external audit findings.
Be flexible to change – the successful candidate will be joining a newly formed team and will need to ensure they perform.
Key Activities:
1. Revising procedures and implementation to reduce risk of non-conforming issues.
2. Keep abreast of regulatory developments and their implementation.
3. Lead and develop the Quality Compliance Engineers.
4. Ensure the effectiveness of the Quality Integrated Project Leads within Value Streams.
5. Build a network with the wider Quality community.
6. Management of the site audit schedule and effective close out of all internal and external audit findings.
Experience:
1. Demonstrated experience of working within the Aerospace Industry or comparable regulated industry.
2. Must have experience in AS 9105 and Part 145.
3. Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams in office and shop floor environments.
4. Experience of practically applying procedures and policies to demonstrate compliance to regulatory authorities.
5. In-depth auditing and audit planning.

Education/Qualifications:
1. Relevant degree or work experience.
2. Quality business management system auditor.
3. Proficient in Root Cause Analysis.
