Senior National Account Manager (OOH)
Location: Central London
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior National Account Manager – Out of Home to join a fast-growing FMCG brand based in Central London. This brand is making a significant impact in the industry with its innovative and sustainable approach, and it is now looking for a driven individual to help expand its presence within the Out of Home (OOH) sector.
The company is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial SNAM to drive growth across key OOH channels, including foodservice, hospitality, QSR (Quick Service Restaurants), speciality retail, and other relevant sectors. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a passion for expanding brand presence beyond traditional retail and excelling in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
The successful candidate will manage a team of two Junior Sales Executives and take ownership of the P&L for Amazon and Private Label, leveraging the company's juice manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive OOH strategy in collaboration with the commercial team, targeting independent retailers, food service providers, QSR operators, and wholesalers.
* Commercial & P&L Management: Drive sales across OOH, Amazon, and Private Label while implementing effective pricing, promotional, and in-store strategies.
* Account & Business Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, store managers, QSR operators, and buyers while identifying and securing new business opportunities to expand market presence.
* Forecasting & Performance Analysis: Manage demand forecasts with operations and finance teams, monitor account performance, and provide insights to optimize sales strategies.
* Team Leadership & Brand Advocacy: Lead and develop junior account managers while organizing sampling events and brand activations to enhance visibility and consumer engagement.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in wholesale, QSR, or OOH account management within the FMCG sector.
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* A commercially driven and analytical mindset with a focus on results.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
