Purpose of Job: Are you confident, tenacious and an ambitious sales professional? We are looking for confident, target driven, Customer focused and adaptable individuals to join our team as an Outbound Sales Agent. You will be working on behalf of a legal firm looking to purchase and consolidate debt owed to companies that have lost out to rogue phoenix companies. You must be confident in B2B conversations with senior level decision makers who have the authority to grant you the sale of the debt. You will provide accurate MI to internal and external stakeholders to maximise all business opportunities as well as deliver against strategic objectives and quality measures. If you are self-motivated, with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to build effective relationships quickly, you will thrive in this role. Key Skills: Proven track record in sales Highly professional and credible with decision makers Good understanding of CRM systems. Knowledge of Contact Centre workflow and telephony technologies Excellent Objection handling skills Previous outbound sales experience is essential Results Focused Customer focused Able to use procedures and controls required to identify, mitigate and manage risks, complaints, breaches and to protect client assets and support business continuity plans. Industry Knowledge Excellent written and verbal communication skills The ability to prioritise, multitask and manage time efficiently.
