As the first person our visitors meet when they come in to our homes, your role in ensuring the best possible first impression is vital. You will be responsible for greeting our potential residents, families, and visitors as well as managing calls and communicating messages. You will also be responsible for carrying out general office duties and supporting our Home Administrator and our Home Manager to ensure effective and efficient practices are maintained within our home.
About you:
You will have experience in a customer facing role dealing with the public. Ideally, you will have worked in a care home setting, but this is not essential as full training will be provided.
Providing an exceptional customer experience and going the extra mile is something you really enjoy. You are naturally good at dealing with all sorts of people, whether face-to-face, on the phone or by written correspondence. You are a multi-tasker who can work well under pressure and you will be at ease using your initiative.
