Finance Business Partner £75,000, 15% bonus North London The Consultancy Group are currently partnering with a well known Global Facilities Management/Hospitality brand and on the look out for a Finance Business Partner. This is a highly reputable brand that offers a great working environment and you will be joining a high performing Finance team. You will be Business Partnering with Senior Leadership teams on a daily basis with lots of visibility at the top. What You’ll Be Doing: Business Partnering - Senior Leaders, Heads of Collaborative Operations : Work closely with the Head of Operations and Fulfilment Centre leadership to interpret metrics, report findings, and drive actions for better results. Month-End Process Management : Ensure accurate and timely execution of the month-end process, including PO and invoice management, postings, accurate accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations. Performance Reporting : Report and communicate monthly performance and variance analysis in line with operational KPIs. Lead monthly review calls, addressing risks and opportunities. Financial Planning : Take ownership of monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning cycles. Cost Optimization : Partner with Logistics and Customer Service teams to optimize costs, improve speed and service, and support with ad hoc analysis and project work. Cross-Functional Relationship Management : Manage relationships with various teams, including Brands and Accounts Payable. Continuous Improvement : Drive improvements across financial processes and reporting to enhance speed, accuracy, and quality. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Qualifications : Fully qualified in Accounting/Finance with relevant experience, Initiative and Ownership : A motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Analytical Skills : Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with an ability to interpret data in various formats. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Deadline-Oriented : Able to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and apply a disciplined, logical approach to problem-solving. Technical Proficiency : Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel. Knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion, Qlik systems is a plus.
