Position: Warehouse, Logistics & Technical Assistant
Contract Type: Permanent
Annual Salary: £27,000 - £30,000
Working Pattern: Full Time
Driving Required: Yes - full UK licence
What You'll Do:
As a vital part of our client's operations, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure their warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:
Efficiently carrying out all warehouse work and supporting delivery drivers with unloading.
Unpacking goods and organising them for stock or installation/delivery.
Conducting pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and setting up advanced products.
Managing goods in queries and overseeing the warranty & returns process.
Picking orders for installation and delivery while ensuring goods are ready for carriers for the collection time
Maintaining stock accuracy through regular stocktaking and adjustments.
Upholding good housekeeping standards in the yard, warehouse, and around company vehicles.
Adhering to the company's health and safety policy while being flexible to take on a range of tasks.What We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes:
Previous experience in a warehouse, including stock control
Administration experience would be advantageous, you must be technically minded and IT savvy
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills that foster collaboration.
Strong organisational and time management abilities to keep operations on track.
A practical problem-solving attitude to overcome challenges.
A positive, present, productive, and persistent approach to your work.
