Reporting to the Administrative Team Lead, the post holder will assist in the provision of an efficient, effective and comprehensive administrative service supporting the clinical team. You will be expected to work alongside Medical/Nursing & Administrative Staff ensuring patient flow through the Emergency Care areas to facilitate efficiency and enhance the patient streamlined journey during their admission. Using appropriate technologies and equipment the post holder will produce all work outputs to a high standard meeting the organisations requirements for Patient Safety, Information Governance and CQC recommendations in adherence with Trust policies, procedure and guidelines. We have an exciting opportunity available for a permanent Patient Process Facilitator to join our Emergency Care teams. This role will be flexible, working to cover as demand predicts over a 7 day 24hour period. We are looking for someone with strong organisational and communication skills and an excellent working knowledge of all IT systems used within a clinical health care setting.
