Job Title - Patient Advisor
Location: Bury St Edmunds. Work part-time with occasional travel to Cambridge.
Salary: £24,000 (pro rata) + performance-related bonuses.

About the Role
Our Patient Advisors are key to providing an exceptional patient experience from the moment they arrive at our clinics.
As a Patient Advisor, your role involves:
* BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH PATIENTS AND ENSURING REGULAR COMMUNICATION BEFORE AND AFTER TREATMENT
* ASSISTING IN PATIENT CONSULTATIONS AND PRACTICE VISITS
* UNDERTAKING DIAGNOSTIC SCANS USING STATE-OF-THE-ART EQUIPMENT AS PART OF A FULL HEALTH CHECK
* ASSISTING PATIENTS TO COMPLETE HEALTH & LIFESTYLE QUESTIONNAIRES
* INTRODUCING PATIENTS TO THEIR OPTOMETRIST
* SCHEDULING TREATMENT DATES FOR VISION CORRECTION SURGERY
* ADVISING ON TRADITIONAL VISION CORRECTION SOLUTIONS, SUCH AS GLASSES AND CONTACT LENSES
* DISCUSSING FINANCE OPTIONS
* ACCURATELY MAINTAINING PATIENT RECORDS
