About the Role: Due to continued growth and development, we are now looking for customer focused people to join us in our Utility Division, working on our Thames Water contract service to deliver real and effective solutions to business system related problems. Your responsibilities will cover the following: Act as the representative for Health, Safety, Environment and Quality in relation to the management systems ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and ISO22301 Maintain and control those systems and, where required, other such business systems Facilitate and manage documentation revision and generation in compliance with good document practises Promote the benefits of the management systems and champion continual improvement Resilience planning Sampling compliance across the different departments Auditing of regional depots to ensure compliance to BSI standards Carrying out DSE assessment Any ad-hoc administrative duties for the COO of Regulated Water and Utilities Carry out desktop audits on subcontractors / supplier chains Overseeing the management of BOX and the document index Continually reviewing documentation, ensuring they are in date with current legislations Populating analytics Populate process maps and organisational charts for the business Assist in coordinating the advisors and their responsibilities in regards to BSI standards Populating corrective action plans at the back of audits and ensure all implementations have been put in place Ensuring that corrective actions have been closed off and evidenced Delegation of event scenarios relating to BSI22301 Oversee the surveillance of ongoing BSI visits throughout the year Be aware of all Lanes Group policies and your responsibilities towards them Any other reasonable ad-hoc tasks, duties or projects requested by the Head of Health and Safety or any other member of the Senior Leadership Team About You: The ideal candidate will: Be hard working and respectful Comply with health and safety standards.
