Our amazing client is looking for a CRM Manager to join them.
The CRM Manager will be responsible for launching this company’s new fantastic Customer Loyalty Programme.
Responsibilities:
* Create an excellent loyalty scheme plan and execute this
* Drive customer acquisition across multiple channels
* Consistently analyze performance, and make decisions to optimize revenue
* Recognize areas to enhance the customer journey
* Regularly analyze competitors
* Ensure that all campaigns match the voice of the company and are legally compliant
Qualifications:
* Previous experience within CRM or Customer Loyalty Schemes is essential
* Strong analytical skills
* Excellent communication and the ability to work across all teams internally
