About Shoreham Port
Shoreham Port operates 24/7 365 days of the year within an intriguing and complex engineering environment. The purpose of the Engineering Team is to keep Shoreham Port running smoothly which includes maintaining our critical infrastructure. No two days are the same; you could be working on systems within our Pump House and the next day you could be contributing to projects that improve our Port for future generations.
Key Tasks
Lead on all aspects of planned & reactive electrical maintenance and projects whilst following the Port’s Health & Safety policies.
Duties may include:
1. Deputising for the Electrical Manager where required
2. Statutory testing of fixed and portable appliances
3. Assisting in design, scheduling and verification of new installations
4. Electrical maintenance of Port's plant and vessels
5. Assist with activities in the Port's recently refurbished Dry Docking facility
