The Respiratory Care Team provide support in the community to patients with long term respiratory conditions including a Pulmonary Rehabilitation program. Deliver Pulmonary Rehabilitation classes alongside clinicians Deliver home Pulmonary Rehabilitation progammes Manage a caseload of patients To participate with data collection and submission for local and national audits To support the service as it works towards accreditation Travel is an integral part of the role, it is essential that you are able to travel to a variety of clinic and community sites and to patients homes within Richmond borough during the working day.
