Head of Finance - Insurance | 1 year FTC
Hybrid: 2 days a week in Office

About the Role
In this exciting leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Production of monthly finance management reports
* Production of year-end financial statements
* Compliance with accounting policy
* Ensuring efficient finance processes and controls
* Management of key stakeholders
* Ensure completion of corporation tax and VAT returns
* Preparation of the quarterly finance reports for the Company Board
* Monitoring of KPI’s and reporting/explaining the variances
* Managing and supporting the finance team
What you will need:
1. Qualified accountant with 5+ years PQE
2. Prior work within the life insurance industry and technical accounting policy
