Job Description: Office Administrator (Temporary) – Construction Company
Location: Aylesham, Kent
Contract Type: Temporary (6-12 months)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; includes Saturday mornings
Pay Rate: £12.88 per hour

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team at a well-established construction company based in Aylesham, Kent. This temporary position will last for 6-12 months, with the potential for extension based on business needs. The role is designed to support the admin team and play a crucial part in the smooth running of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the admin team with daily office tasks.
* Collate, organize, and file documents and paperwork efficiently.
* Forward relevant documents to appropriate team members as needed.
* Handle phone calls and direct them to the relevant team members.
* Email suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders professionally.
* Work closely with the internal team to provide administrative support.
* Ensure timely and accurate handling of office communications and documentation.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a construction or related industry.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
