Delivery Manager (GOV)- Hybrid (Leeds) - 5 months - Inside IR35
Rate: £450p/day
Looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join a team in Leeds on a hybrid working model. If you excel at applying Agile practices, coaching team members, and managing challenging stakeholder relationships, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they meet objectives, timelines, and budgets.
* Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and development.
* Apply Agile methodologies to enhance team performance and delivery outcomes.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including managing challenging interactions effectively.
* Identify and mitigate risks to drive successful project outcomes.
* Apply Agile methodologies and SAFe practices to enhance team performance and delivery outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or in a similar role.
* Experience of working within central government clients
* Strong knowledge of Agile practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in navigating complex stakeholder dynamics.
* Leadership qualities, including mentoring and developing team members.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset focused on delivering results.
* Ability to work on a hybrid basis with regular presence in our Leeds office.
