Radis Community Care have an opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our team based at our head office in Tamworth.

About the role
The HR Administrator is responsible for executing administrative tasks, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of HR transactions and full compliance with company policies.
1. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all personal and employment information is accurate and up to date.
2. Process new starter paperwork, RTW, terminations, and employee changes.
3. Ensure the data integrity of all HRIS systems.
4. Create new accounts and manage access permissions.
5. Advise system users on functionalities and new features.
6. Support the payroll function in a timely manner.
7. Update employee records in a timely manner.
8. Troubleshoot and report technical issues.
9. Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations.
10. Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
11. Prepare employment references ensuring compliance to safeguarding guidelines.
12. Liaise with benefit providers and ensure timely and accurate benefits administration.
13. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures and benefits.
14. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
15. Work collaboratively with the wider HR team to identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies across all aspects of the HR function to deliver HR Excellence.

Skills and Qualifications required for the role
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, conscientious, proactive, and very well organised. The successful applicant will have previous experience of working in a busy HR Department in a similar role and working to tight deadlines. A CIPD qualification would be an advantage but is not essential. You will have good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly and efficiently.
This role will be office based with no hybrid option.
