We're on the lookout for a talented individual to join our Application Support team at PayPoint. As a key member of our team, you'll help manage and evolve our support function, ensuring our terminals, including the flagship PayPoint One and its EPOS system, run smoothly.
What will you be doing?
You'll lead a team of Application Support analysts, handling support queries from our internal Contact Centre and larger multiple providers. Your role will involve driving efficiency within the team, reducing resolution time and incidents. You'll also manage senior Technical Analysts responsible for change implementation and back-office support.
But that's not all – you'll also be responsible for the personal and technical development of your team members, creating an environment where commitment and morale are high.
