Job Type: Full Time | Office based | 9am-5pm Mon-Fri | Career progression
Main Responsibilities:
* Work alongside hiring managers to recruit and manage the onboarding process and induction.
* Processing, preparing and issuing paperwork.
* Carrying out employee screening in accordance with BS7858.
* Maintaining employee files.
* Point of contact for HR related enquiries, advice and issues.
* Advising Line Manager on HR law and advice.
* Involvement in HR cases.
* Monitoring and booking training.
Knowledge and Experience:
* Previous HR experience.
* Minimum of level 3 CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
* Capability to work in a team or independently.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Knowledge and qualification in BS7858 (desirable).
