If so ISE Partners have a fabulous opportunity for you About the Role We are looking for an outgoing, professional, and detail-oriented Client Floor Receptionist to join our prestigious offices, designed to immerse both guests and staff in the brand experience from the moment they arrive. As part of a small but dynamic reception team, you will report to a motivating and supportive Office Manager. The key focus will be the management and smooth operation of 14 onsite external meeting rooms, ensuring a seamless visitor journey and supporting the broader office environment. Key Responsibilities Manage meeting room bookings efficiently using Cloudbooking and Condeco. Greet VIPs, HNWIs, and high-profile visitors with professionalism and warmth. Maintain the presentation of reception areas and meeting rooms to the highest standards. Prioritise both visitor and colleague needs, ensuring exceptional internal and external service. Multi-task and stay composed in a fast-paced environment, contributing to a highly efficient reception team. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a finance or corporate services environment is essential. Strong familiarity with Cloudbooking and Condeco systems. A natural pride in personal and workplace presentation. A genuine commitment to delivering 5-star customer service. Excellent multi-tasking skills and the ability to remain dexterous under pressure. Working Hours This role operates on a rotating shift schedule with the following shifts: 08:00 - 17:00 08:30 - 17:30 09:00 - 18:00 Salary, £30,000 - £40,000 depending on demonstrable experience plus bonus Why Apply?
