We are seeking x3 Account Managers to join our clients growing Housing Team in Essex. This role offers an exciting opportunity for career progression, combining team leadership responsibilities with managing a portfolio of clients. The Housing team is a dynamic and collaborative group of professionals dedicated to success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage a team of up to 5 Account Managers, overseeing their performance appraisals, 121s, and KPIs.
* Create documents for new customers, mid-term adjustments, and renewals.
* Ensure accurate recording of customer details and timely data entry.
* Obtain renewal terms for customers, exploring options to provide the best solutions.
* Prepare renewal closings and ensure timely policy processing.
* Handle insurer and customer queries, process policies, and manage outstanding documentation.
* Address account queries and credit control matters, highlighting any concerns.
* Apply legal and regulatory policies in line with internal procedures and insurance contracts.
* Maintain accurate records and process renewals to deliver positive outcomes for clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Essential commercial insurance knowledge.
* Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications (Cert CII/Dip CII) are desirable.
DAY-TO-DAY
* As an Account Manager, you will lead a team, manage client accounts, and collaborate with experienced professionals to deliver outstanding service.

* Track record of meeting targets within a regulated framework and achieving SLAs.
* Strong rapport-building and customer service skills with excellent communication abilities.

* Experience in coaching, mentoring, or training colleagues is advantageous.
EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
* Commercial insurance knowledge, coaching experience, and a track record of meeting targets within a regulated framework.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
