About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience, primarily from a consultancy or client-side background (not main contractor). The successful candidate will have a strong track record in the residential sector, with extensive experience managing projects ranging from £1m to £30m.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage residential projects (houses and flats), covering circa 70-80% of the role. The remainder will be commercial projects including offices, retail, PBSA, hospitality, etc.
2. Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
3. Act as Employer’s Agent under JCT Design & Build contracts.
4. Administer various JCT contracts (both traditional and D&B).
5. Handle contract administration effectively, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
6. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
Key Requirements:
1. A minimum of 10-15 years’ experience in project management.
2. Strong background in residential projects (70-80% of role).
3. Proven experience delivering projects valued between £1m - £30m.
4. Solid knowledge of JCT contracts and experience as an Employer’s Agent.
5. Ideally MCIOB or MRICS qualified (not essential).
6. Excellent contract administration skills.

Salary & Benefits:
£55,000 - £80,000 (based on experience).
