Reward and Benefits Specialist
Location: Weybridge
We are looking for an experienced HR Professional, Compensation and Benefits to help oversee and administer employee rewards and our move towards a smart benefits landscape. You will help assess reward & benefits across several Group companies globally and draft targeted programs that will increase performance, organisational trust and satisfaction. The goal is to attract, retain and motivate high-quality employees while reducing turnover and enhancing our company’s profile as the best place to work.
This is a great opportunity for an HR Professional who is specialised within compensation & benefits who has over 4 years of experience within a global HR function with exposure up and down the energy value chain.

Role Responsibilities
1. Work with senior stakeholders and third-party providers to define and implement a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company’s strategy and business goals across multiple territories.
2. Develop relationships with external providers to maintain the online benefits system for company employees whilst at the same time migrating to a new platform.
3. With the HR Director assist in developing a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organisational objectives.
4. Collaborate with the M&A team to design fit-for-purpose reward packages for acquired employees in the UK and overseas.
5. Ensure that compensation practices are compliant with current legislation.
6. Undertake Gender Pay Gap reporting, providing data and insights.
7. Evaluate salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
8. Deploy effective communication strategies linked to changes, developments and improvements across the benefits landscape.
9. Lead financial analysis and modelling related to total compensation, including salaries, bonuses, and equity.
10. Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning of our rewards offerings.
11. Deal with queries from employees, clients, advisers, colleagues and product providers.
12. Process new joiners to pension schemes.
13. Update the database and ensure that client files are maintained.
14. Act as a subject matter expert on all aspects of rewards, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
1. Demonstrable working experience in an international Reward and Benefits environment.
2. Experience of M&A and integrating new employees into a benefits-rich platform.
3. Extensive knowledge of HRIS and benefits administration platforms.
4. HR related project management experience.
5. Prior experience in HR practices and the administration and management of employee benefits and claims.
6. Able to work with multiple and third parties to build competitive reward offerings.
7. Knowledge of current labour rules and regulations in the UK and beyond.
8. Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits including pensions.
9. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
10. Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
