Facilities Management Role - £40K - Portsmouth

£19.23 per hour - 40 hours per week
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Contract Role
Job Role
* Liaison with the client to build and develop good working relationships with the contracts manager.
* Management of the cleaning activities days / weekends, focus is primarily good practice in cleaning, janitorial services and office cleaning services.
* Ensure training, coaching and development of teams.
* Training curricula of each team member is maintained at the required level, and any new/updated training is implemented to relevant personnel.
* Review of works completed.
* All safety and environmental excursions are tracked, monitored and reported to the appropriate department/body and investigated as appropriate, as per site procedures and statutory requirements.
* Assist in measurement and management of performance against agreed KPIs.
Applicant Requirements
* The role requires a skilled manager, preferably, with significant experience, compliance and safety focused.
* Demonstratable health and safety experience
* Competent computer skills (Word, Excel, etc)
* Security Clearance required
