This permanent role is ideal for a professional with min 5 years of experience in business development within FinTech or payments. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving new business acquisition and fostering strong relationships with existing clients to maximize growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
* Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in the FinTech and payments market.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and areas for expansion.
* Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
* Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.
Client Relationship Management (Farming)
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
* Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing client queries and providing tailored solutions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client onboarding and support services.
* Monitor client performance and feedback, ensuring continuous improvement of offerings.
Strategic Contribution
* Work closely with senior leadership to align business development strategies with overall company objectives.
* Provide insights and recommendations based on client feedback and market trends.
* Track and report sales metrics, including pipeline activity, deal progress, and revenue forecasts.

* Proven success in driving new business and managing client accounts.
