We have a fantastic opportunity for a plumbing biased engineer to work within the NHS.
This is a temporary to permanent role via Magnus Search.
Working as a plumber you will be:
* Responsible for fault finding and repair maintenance on a wide range of plant equipment
* Provide diagnostics and repair services for key mechanical building services, plant and equipment such as HVAC, plumbing, water, piped med gas, steam and pressure systems
* Diagnose and carry out repairs, maintain and efficiently run plant and equipment.
* Be conversant with various aspects of Planned Preventative Maintenance.
* Use all relevant tools and equipment.
* Understand fully the inter-relationship between various maintenance crafts.
* Actively participate in the operation of the facilities management system including completion of all paperwork required of the scheme. (Including completion of all job information and time sheets).
Essential knowledge and skills for the role: To be fully conversant with all aspects of plumbing skills To have a sound knowledge and understanding of other building trades.
Qualifications required for the role: Completion of a plumbing apprenticeship and two years continuous experience in the industry, together with the required minimum qualifications, NVQ level 3.
