This includes overseeing small building projects, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and managing the Building Maintenance Team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Estates Building Manager to ensure the efficient delivery of building maintenance while adhering to project budgets and timelines. You will have demonstrable experience in building or construction management, with a proven track record of leading a team. You will have knowledge of CDM Regulations and Health and Safety compliance, building contracts and good IT skills, particularly in Word, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge and experience of contract administration and project management duties and responsibilities, from Project Feasibility to Final Account Proven track record of budget management. Knowledgeable of Health and Safety regulations pertinent to the areas of responsibility, including the CDM Regulations 2015 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to multi-task.
