Our Repairs team, based at our Bilston workshop, delivers repairs, maintenance and investment services for customers in Wheatley Homes East properties, as well as for people living in Wheatley’s other subsidiaries in the east of Scotland.
About the role
We now have a great opportunity to join our team as a Plumber/Gas Engineer.
You will be responsible for providing a professional plumbing and gas service which meets legislative and building regulation compliance. This role will also require assisting with multi-trade tasks as and when required.

You will be qualified to City & Guilds certificate level or equivalent as well as being Gas safe approved and hold CCN1, HTR1, CKR1 and CEN1, DOM NG Combustion Performance Analysis. Experienced and competent in use of Combustion analysers and interpreting data produced.
A clean driving licence and basic disclosure check is required, as well participation in the out-of-hours service. Experience of working in social housing and occupied properties is desirable.
