As Healthcare becomes more complex, there is an ever growing need to understand and interpret large data sets to provide insight and support decision makers, ensuring we serve our communities in the most efficient and effective way. Businesses thrive by making the best use of their data, and the Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board are no exception to this.
The Insights & Analytics team is at the forefront of this. You will work with your colleagues to drive our data visualisation capabilities throughout the business and set an example for others to follow.
This role will involve regular office attendance.
The Interviews will be face to face in person and take place in Norwich.
The post holder will be responsible for leading the Insights and Analytics team (and wider region) to develop high quality reporting solutions, allowing business users to make informed and timely decisions to drive change and improvement. They will be highly competent utilising business intelligence tools/skills such as Power BI, T-SQL and DAX.
You will need to deliver visually appealing reports/dashboards to a variety of stakeholders on time and be able to present and support stakeholders to maximise their usage.
You will be working in a small centralised team supporting the Integrated care Board (ICB) but with close collaboration with all our Health and social care partners across Norfolk and Suffolk.
The work is varied, dynamic and interesting, with an excellent team environment. The team now largely work from home with occasional requirements to attend the office, but agile working is available. There are flexible working opportunities.
The post holder will be a subject matter expert, managing all visualisation requests and supporting all functions of the Insight and Analytics team to deliver reporting solutions within Power BI and other BI Tools. They will be able to lead on projects and create visually appealing reports/dashboards that tell a story and are intuitive to use by end users. They will have the drive to keep up with the developments within the industry and be able to support the Data Visualisation Manager to create documentation and processes to maintain a high standard throughout the department. They will also able to develop and deliver training throughout the business in order maximise the impact of the reports.
