Sales Advisor – Private Medical Insurance
Salary: £28,500

A bit about the job:
You will be answering warm inbound calls and following up qualified outbound opportunities to support and guide customers through their health sales journey. Whether it’s providing fully advised quotations or assisting customers through the online journey to give them the information they need, when they need it.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
1. Excellent communication skills and previous experience in a Sales/Customer Service-related role.
2. The ability to be empathetic towards our customers, supporting them through potentially difficult periods whilst making their sales journey easy for them and building their loyalty.
3. A good fact finder – you will ask the right questions at the right time to get the customer the correct policy to meet their needs.
4. Meticulous and detail-oriented – checking facts and asking questions will enable you to weigh up information and make accurate recommendations about the policy.
5. Knowledge of insurance products/financial services would be great, but not essential.
What you’ll get for this role:
1. Starting Salary: £28,500 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
2. Bonus opportunity - 8% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
