Focused on enhancing our employees' experiences, maintaining compliance, and supporting the goals of our institution, this could be the role for you The Role: In this newly created position, you will provide essential administrative support to our Employee and People Services team, contributing to the delivery of transactional HR services across the employee lifecycle. You will ensure that accurate records are maintained to support the high-quality people services we deliver across the College. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within HR systems. Assist in the preparation and input of data for payroll processing. Administer HR processes such as probation reviews, employment checks, and contract amendments. Assist in generating reports and HR analytics on key metrics. Handle a range of queries from staff and managers across the College. We are seeking a well-organised and motivated individual with: Experience working in an administrative role, preferably within HR or recruitment. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines. Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and experience working with databases or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide a professional service to candidates and internal stakeholders.
