About the Role: As a Complex Nurture Teacher, you will play a key role in providing tailored educational support to children with complex learning needs. You will work closely with a team of specialists to create a nurturing, engaging, and enriching environment that encourages both academic and personal development. Your role will involve planning, delivering, and assessing a curriculum that meets the individual needs of our students, ensuring their progress and well-being. Key Responsibilities: Delivering high-quality, differentiated lessons for children with complex needs. Building positive relationships with students to foster emotional and social development. Creating and implementing personalised learning plans in collaboration with other professionals. Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing feedback and reporting to parents and the school leadership team. Supporting students in developing essential life skills, independence, and self-confidence. Contributing to the overall development and ethos of the school. About You: We are looking for a dedicated teacher with the following qualities: A recognised teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent). Experience working with children with complex or additional needs is highly desirable. Strong understanding of the principles of nurture and how to apply them in the classroom. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. Passion for making a positive difference in the lives of children.
