Your new companyA leading manufacturing company are seeking to recruit a Sales Administrator to work within their Sales Team. The company prides itself on its innovative approach to product design and manufacturing, along with an excellent reputation for high quality customer service.Working pattern for this role is 08:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday, with an hour's lunch break. However, can be flexible around this and can offer hybrid working when required.Your new roleAs Sales Administrator you will be expected to support the wider sales and office team, receiving and processing customers orders. Liaising with different departments and suppliers, to ensure dispatches are correct and on time. You will be expected to work closely with colleagues, offering help and support with all administrative tasks. Providing customers with documentation requested Updating the system with customer information Responding to customer enquiries Raising customer orders and sending customer order acknowledgements Raising customer trials & making samples Raising customer complaints and consulting with Sales Team Communicating courteously over the telephone and via e-mail with customers Attend training required to further develop skills and knowledgeWhat you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful in securing this position, you must have excellent verbal/ written communication skills and have a pleasant, friendly tone over the phone to clients and customers, and overall have a good team work ethic.You must have the ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively and a good understanding of technical and IT skills, particularly when it comes to database management and spreadsheets, whilst also possessing an eye for attention to detail.What you'll get in returnIn return, you will be paid a competitive annual salary from £24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience and will be joining a successful growing business during an exciting period.Along with 32 days annual leave which increases year on year and the opportunity to buy 10 more annual leave days.
