If this sounds like you, we’d love for you to join our friendly primary school in Harlow as a SEN Teaching Assistant working on a 1:1 basis .
About the Role
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a child with additional SEN needs, fostering their academic, emotional, and social development.
Assist the class teacher in creating and adapting engaging learning activities to suit the child's unique requirements.
Work collaboratively with the SENCO, teachers, and parents to develop personalised learning strategies.
Encourage independence and confidence in the child while promoting a positive learning environment.
This is a full-time role, starting ASAP, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent contract for the right candidate.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
