We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our Head Office in Telford. As part of our Administrative Team, you will support the smooth and efficient processing of retrofit projects under schemes such as ECO4, GBIS, HUGS, BUS, and CfW. Your role will involve managing documentation, communication, and compliance aspects throughout the application process.
Responsibilities:
· Analyse and prepare submission paperwork in accordance with relevant guidelines such as OFGEM, PAS, and Building Regulations.
· Collect essential information from customers, lead generators, and installers to support funding applications.
· Accurately input data into internal databases and CRM systems.
· Submit and upload documentation to supplier portals as required.
· Thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting both internal and external monthly deadlines.
· Perform general administrative duties and handle ad hoc requests.
· Report to the Office Manager and Senior Executive Assistant.

· Exceptional attention to detail with a drive to provide outstanding administrative support.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
· Flexible team player with a proactive, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
· Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
· Proactive approach to problem-solving.
· Proficient IT skills which include all aspects of Microsoft, Google Workspace, Dropbox.
· Effective organizational and planning abilities.
· Willingness to learn.
Additional Information:
· Previous customer service experience with a good telephone manner is advantageous.
· Professional and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
· Ability to follow instructions, absorb, and retain information effectively.
· Normal office hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday (45 minutes for lunch).
· Annual leave: 20 days plus 8 bank holidays.
· Immediate availability preferred.
· Three-month probation period.
