Accounts Receivables / Cash Management Supervisor
Role Purpose
Cash Management supervisor responsible for managing the team, maintaining KPIs and ensuring cash allocations and priority payments and processed in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Be accountable for management of Cash Team
* Monthly review of KPIs for all processes within the team
* Key point of contact for UK business for cash queries and escalations
* Responsible for all aspects of people management - including objective setting and monitoring, resourcing, appraisals, training, performance management, absence management, etc.
* Efficient in all Cash Management processes to ensure all SLAs are met
* Ensure all required business deadlines are achieved and efficiencies are implemented where needed
Person Specification/Requirements
* Proven track record of strong team management skills
* Experience of working in high volume transactions with a result driven mind-set
* Confident and assertive where required, good at influencing others
* Good interpersonal & Communication skills with the ability to quickly form professional relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels of seniority
* Analytical & problem-solving approach
* Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently, being both autonomous & a team player
* Good IT Skills including Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP's, pivot tables, formulas)
