Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and manage great working relationships, sharing knowledge and skills to deliver shared goals. Able to effectively motivate and support service users in their ability to change, through both one to one and groupwork interventions. Able to identify and recognise risk, and act according to risk management procedures, to enable service users to manage their own safety, and the safety of others. Able to proactively manage a caseload of service users, utilising digital systems, and appropriately sharing information, with excellent attention to detail when recording work and meeting deadlines. About the role The role of Wellbeing Practitioner is an excellent opportunity to directly support service users in addressing their needs, and improving their prospects, as a positive influence for change. Managing a caseload of service users, completing ongoing assessments and management of individual needs, capacity, opportunity, and motivation to rehabilitate. Delivering interventions to support rehabilitation. Working in partnership with a range of local providers, taking account of available risk information.
