A flexible and adaptable Cover Supervisor is required to work primarily in the classroom to supervise and support pupils who are engaged in learning activities during the short-term or unforeseen absence of their usual class or subject teacher. As part of this role you may be required to work with an established team supporting specific students with special educational needs, both in class and 1:1. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential as you will be required to make immediate decisions in relation to classroom management and the care, control and safety of pupils.
