Job summary Princess Alexandra Hospital have exciting opportunities for a Pharmacy Support Worker to join their team. As a Pharmacy Support Worker, you work as part of the Pharmacy team to provide an effective pharmacy service in the Pharmacy Dispensary, at Ward Level and to support the dispensing of out-patient prescriptions. Main duties of the job Identify, select and issue drugs. Identify and receive drugs against an official order, using the Pharmacy Computer System to update stock levels. Deal with telephone enquiries, ward/department and community issues. Support the movement of work around the organisation including medicines and pharmacy orders.
