What You’ll Be Doing:
* Crafting Engaging Lessons: Develop lively, interactive English lessons adapted to the diverse needs of students with Autism and Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD).
* Innovative Teaching: Employ creative, flexible teaching strategies to make learning accessible and engaging, boosting communication and literacy skills across varied abilities.
* Creating a Nurturing Environment: Build a positive classroom atmosphere where every student feels supported, encouraged, and capable of success.
* Collaborating with Specialists: Work closely with a skilled SEN team to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) that address each student’s unique needs.
* Monitoring Progress: Track student progress, offering feedback that motivates and empowers students to reach their full potential.
* Fostering Holistic Growth: Support students’ growth beyond academics, helping them develop independence, confidence, and essential social skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
