This role offers flexibility, working Monday to Friday from 9am to 3pm, making it ideal for candidates seeking a work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Order Processing: Efficiently process orders using the company's ERP system.
* Meeting Support: Take accurate notes during meetings and distribute them to relevant team members.
* Event Coordination: Organise and manage company days, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
* Office Management: Order office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Reception Duties: Answer incoming calls, providing excellent customer service and directing queries appropriately.
* Facilities Maintenance: Ensure communal areas are clean, well-stocked, and presentable at all times.
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in office administration or a similar role.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Comfortable using ERP systems and general office software (MS Office, etc.).
* Friendly and approachable with a proactive attitude.
