Job Overview As a Quality Specialist - Co Pack Operations, you will report to the Group Quality Manager and support Britvic's co-pack and owned locations across Great Britain, Ireland, France, and Brazil. You will be the operational quality support for all quality-related subjects across our co-pack estate, acting as a key contact point with Planning, QSE, and Technical Implementation. Your role will involve applying your knowledge of industry quality standards and procedures to support decision-making during business-as-usual activities, new product innovation, and other business development projects. This is a 12-month fixed-term, mobile role based at one of our four locations: Hemel Hempstead, Leeds, Rugby, or Beckton Key Responsibilities Drive performance on key elements of the KPI Quality Scorecard, including Cost recovery, Safety, Right First Time, Consumer Complaints, Carbon, Water, Wastage, etc., ensuring monthly review meetings and reporting are completed in a timely manner. Work alongside Demand and Supply Planning to deliver effective supply chain performance, quality products, and ongoing continuous improvement for process, product, and pack. Partner with group compliance and quality functions to ensure all Britvic PLC standards and policies are met and appropriately audited. Support the implementation and review of Quality Plans and Systems, including HACCP, TACCP, and VACCP, with Co-Manufacturers. Support overall project management, including supplier auditing, onboarding of new Co-Packers, and supporting from a Business as Usual point. Support project delivery with Contract Manufacturers while managing the expectations of cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring product testing is completed and reviewed where applicable. Complete site visits and audits to ensure group compliance and quality standards and policies are met and appropriately audited. Ensure product traceability for finished goods and raw materials, with minimum annual testing to be completed with contract manufacturers. Ensure governance and maintenance of Britvic Standards with contract manufacturers and Britvic owned manufacturing sites. Support problem-solving and issue resolution to rectify quality failures and ensure Root Cause Analyses are completed and shared. About You 1 year of experinece in the similar role FMCG industry experience in Supply Chain. Excellent knowledge of quality processes for manufacturing, product, and packaging. Detailed working knowledge of Food Safety Management systems, e.g., HACCP, TACCP, VACCP, ISO. Experience of factory based audits is desirable Great relationship management skills, strong influencing skills, and negotiation skills Strong process orientation with excellent project management skills Intermediate Food Hygiene.
